Dayton: The Birthplace of Aviaton
Dayton is famed as the spot where the Wright brothers constructed the precursors to the airplane, some small hand gliders. This lovely city is proud to host two museums that focus on aviation: The National Museum of the U.S. Air Force and the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park. Both are worth a visit since the exhibits are varied and educational at each. At the National City Second Street Market, you will find every type of fresh food and produce imaginable, as well as a quaint atmosphere. There is also great shopping and dining, so save your appetite until you get there."
