The Janss Collection of American Realism is housed here, and the museum is worth a leisurely morning. At the Boise World Center For Birds of Prey, you can learn about all kinds of birds of prey, with a special focus on falconry. At the Craters of the Moon National Monument in Arco, you can visit a massive landscape made of lava that was formed thousands of years ago. This alien looking black landscape is intriguing and makes for a great outing, hike, or even overnight camp site."
