Seattle, WA is surrounded by some of the most spectacular views to be seen, it is also a cornucopia of culture, art, and outdoor recreation! Before exploring the many attractions around the Seattle area, you will need to decide where to stay. I believe that to truly experience Seattle at it's best, a shore side panorama is in order! These five Seattle hotels with waterfront views are highlighted because of their atmosphere, mosaic, and amenities.

The Edgewater entertains romance and comfort. With romantic dining either indoors or out, there is no reason to search for a place to treat your love. The beautiful outdoor dining area is complete with glass railings and looks out over the water. Despite the amazing views from the deck, once you have seen the inside of your room, you may choose in-room dining. The rooms combine extravagant class with log cabin comfort. Many of the rooms have patios overlooking the water with cozy seating to enjoy the sunset.

Inn at the Market is a northwest style boutique hotel. The key elements that make this hotel beautiful are the rooms, the views from the rooftop deck, and it's unique placement in the Pike Place Market. Every room has either a partial, full, or deluxe view of Elliot Bay or downtown Seattle from their floor to ceiling bay windows, and come beautifully furnished. The panoramic roof deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the views of the bay and the Emerald City. The Pike Place market is one of Seattle's most beloved attractions.

The Seattle Marriot Waterfront accommodates both business and pleasure with the Grand Pacific Ballroom that seats six hundred and the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool that is literally half in, half out, and surrounded on the outer side by a deck looking out toward Elliot Bay. The rooms and the restaurants are beautiful and comfortable.

Alexis Hotel Seattle may lack some of the views of the other hotels, but it makes up for it in extravagance. Everything from the lobby to the restaurants, and especially the rooms are amazingly decorated in a modern art style with some vintage thrown in! There is a long list of services provided by the hotel such as a spa and turndown service upon request. Though only 3 or 4 rooms boast waterfront views, the interior design will make up for it!

The Silver Cloud Inn provides a different type of waterfront. The hotel is set on the south shore of beautiful Lake Union. Geared more towards simple comfort, the Silver Cloud lacks flashiness, which leaves more to be admired outdoors. The rooms are classy and all enjoy excellent scenery. There is an indoor pool and fitness center as well as a sitting area looking out over the lake.

What ever your preferences, you will find a hotel with waterfront views suited just to your likings in Seattle, WA.
